Influence of Child Health Care System Management on Early Growth and Development of Children

目的:分析儿童保健护理系统管理对儿童早期生长发育的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月于荆州市第二人民医院进行体检的儿童330例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各165例。对照组实施常规保健护理管理,试验组实施儿童保健护理系统管理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组头围、体质量、身高均优于护理前,且试验组身高优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组健康状况总优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组疾病总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:儿童保健护理系统管理可促进儿童体格发育,改善健康状况,减少疾病发生。

Objective:To analyze the influence of child health care system management on the early growth and development of children.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2022,330 children who underwent physical examination in the Second People's Hospital of Jingzhou were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 165 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine health care management,and the experimental group implemented child health care system management.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the head circumference,body weight,and height in the two groups were better than those before nursing,and the height in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total excellent and good rate of health status in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of diseases in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The child health care system management can promote physical development of children,improve health status and reduce the occurrence of diseases.
