集束化护理联合感控措施预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Cluster Care Combined with Infection Control Measures in Preventing Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia

目的:分析集束化护理联合感控措施预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月于永州市第三人民医院实施机械通气的患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展集束化护理联合感控措施。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组脱机时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。观察组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048)。结论:集束化护理联合感控措施可降低呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率,缩短患者脱机时间、住院时间,提高呼吸机治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of cluster care combined with infection control measures on the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods:A total of 80 patients receiving mechanical ventilation in the Third People's Hospital of Yongzhou from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group carried out routine care,and the observation group carried out cluster care combined with infection control measures.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The ventilator weaning time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048).Conclusion:Cluster care combined with infection control measures could prevent the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,shorten the ventilator weaning time and hospitalization time of patients,and improve the therapeutic effect of ventilator.
