硅烷改性液体聚丁二烯橡胶在白炭黑填充胎面胶中的应用

摘要 研究硅烷改性液体聚丁二烯橡胶Polyvest EP ST-E 60(简称ST-E 60)在白炭黑填充胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:采用ST-E 60等量替代环烷油,胶料的门尼粘度减小,门尼焦烧时间延长,FL和Fmax减小,t 90缩短,Payne效应减弱,白炭黑的分散性改善;硫化胶的耐磨性能提高,回弹值增大,动态生热降低;在胎面胶配方体系中白炭黑用量越大,ST-E 60对胶料性能的改善效果越明显。 The application of silane modified liquid polybutadiene rubber Polyvest EP ST-E 60(referred to as ST-E 60)in the silica filled tread compound was studied.The results showed that using ST-E 60 in equal amounts to replace cyclohexane oil,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,the Mooney scorch time was prolonged,the FL and Fmax were decreased,the t90 was shortened,the Payne effect was weakened,and the dispersibility of silica improved.The wear resistance of the vulcanizate was improved,the rebound value increased,and the dynamic heat build-up was reduced.The higher the amount of silica used in the tread compound formulation system,the more significant the improvement effect of ST-E 60 on the properties of the compound.
