三级反射式智能聚光塔仿真实验教学设计与改革

摘要 设计了一种新型塔式聚光器,分析了北斗定位追光算法对光能的利用率,运用模糊逻辑的PID控制算法,验证系统的鲁棒性,实现仿真实验教学研究与设计。对聚光镜场模型进行改进,得到三级反射光线分布规律。使用Tracepro软件进行光路仿真,根据计算和仿真得到的阈值,搭配两自由度舵机,建立三级反射式镜场。并通过引导学生改进实验算法和设计多级镜场来提高系统追光的准确性以及聚光的效率等。知识仿真实验设计涉及机械、光学、电路以及控制等学科知识,功能扩展性好,实用性高。知识探索光电控制系统设计的仿真实验教学改革路径。 A new type of tower concentrator is designed,and the utilization rate of light energy by the Beidou positioning and light tracing algorithm is experimentally analyzed.A fuzzy logic PID control algorithm is used to verify the robustness of the system.We improve the field model of the condenser mirror to obtain the distribution pattern of third-order reflected light.Using Tracepro software for optical path simulation,based on the calculated and simulated threshold values,coupled with a two degree of freedom servo,a three-level reflective mirror field is established.In the later stage,we guide students to improve the accuracy of system light tracing and the efficiency of focusing by improving experimental algorithms and designing multi-level mirror fields.The simulation experimental design involves disciplines such as mechanics,optics,circuits,and control,with good functional scalability and high practicality.Exploring the simulation experimental teaching reform path of photoelectric control system design.
