以学生为中心的弹性开放实验室管理系统

A Student-centered Flexible Open Laboratory Management System

针对高校电子信息类课程中以学生为中心的开放实验室需要,建立一个高效、弹性的新型开放实验室管理系统。系统可以对各种类型的器件或者设备进行信息化管理,跟踪和记录器件和设备的使用,并实现人员出入和考勤等功能。系统采用手机拍照的方式录入位置信息,不再依赖硬件措施进行定位,使器件和设备的存放位置不需要集中和固定,方便直观。同时系统支持学生在自主项目中完成器件入库、借用、归还、回收和复用。实践表明,该系统可以不对实验室设施进行改造,实现对开放实验室的信息化自主管理,提高器件和设备的使用效率和复用程度,助力学生创新能力的培养。

A new open laboratory management system with high efficiency and flexibility is established to meet the needs of student-centered open laboratories in electronic information courses in colleges.The system can perform information management for various types of components and equipment,track and record the usage of devices and equipment,and realize the functions of access and attendance.The system uses cell phone to take pictures to record location information,no longer relying on the hardware system,so that the storage location of devices does not need to be centralized and fixed,which is convenient and intuitive.The system supports students’device storage,borrowing,returning,recycling and reuse in independent projects at the same time.Practice shows that the system can realize the independent information management of the open laboratory without modifying the laboratory facilities,improve the usage efficiency and reuse level of components and equipment,and help the cultivation of students’innovation ability.
