常压焦化联合装置重污油处理技术应用

摘要 随着原油的重质化、劣质化程度不断提高,某公司2#常减压焦化装置在生产运行过程中出现电脱盐油水分离效果差,脱后原油含盐含水量增加,电脱盐切水带油问题突出,当重污油产出量与回炼量不平衡时,导致污油库存持续上涨,对下游装置及全厂生产平衡带来不利影响。文中结合实际生产问题,对2^(#)常减压焦化装置重污油产生的原因进行分析,并介绍目前装置在用的污油处理方法,针对目前污油回炼存在的问题提出下一步优化改进措施。 With the continuous improvement of the heavy and inferior degree of crude oil,the 2#atmospheric and vacuum coking unit of a certain company has poor separation effect of electric desalted oil and water in the production and operation process,the salt water content of crude oil after removal increases,and the oil problem of electric desalted water cutting belt is prominent.When the output of heavy dirty oil is unbalanced with the amount of back refining,the dirty oil inventory continues to rise.It will adversely affect the downstream equipment and the production balance of the whole plant.Based on the actual production problems,this paper analyzes the causes of heavy dirty oil in the 2^(#) atmospheric and vacuum coking unit,introduces the sewage oil treatment methods currently in use in the unit,and proposes the next optimization and improvement measures for the problems existing in the sewage oil back refining.
