不同品种薄壳山核桃幼苗对淹水胁迫的生理响应和耐涝性评价

摘要 为给5个不同品种薄壳山核桃(Carya illinoinensis)在广西的引种和推广提供科学依据,以绍兴、金华、贝克、卡多和波尼品种2年生薄壳山核桃幼苗为材料,设置半淹水和全淹水处理,研究幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性及丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性蛋白(SP)含量的变化,并对幼苗的耐涝能力进行综合评价。结果表明,不同品种、处理时间和处理方法及其交互作用对SOD、POD、CAT和PPO活性及MDA和SP含量均影响极显著。不同抗氧化酶均能在胁迫初期响应淹水环境;淹水胁迫进行到中后期,大部分品种的MDA含量均处于较高水平,部分品种的抗氧化酶活性和SP含量也均处于较高水平;薄壳山核桃幼苗通过积累SP含量和提高抗氧化酶活性,减轻淹水胁迫造成的损伤。隶属函数分析表明,全淹水和半淹水处理下,金华和卡多品种的耐涝性均较好,绍兴、波尼和贝克品种的耐涝性均较差。 In order to provide scientific basis for introduction and promotion of five different varieties of Carya illinoinensis in Guangxi,taking two-year-old C.illinoinensis seedlings of Shaoxing,Jinhua,Baker,Caddo and Pawnee varieties as materials,setting semi water logging and full water logging treatments,activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)and polyphenol oxidase(PPO),and contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)and soluble protein(SP)in leaves of seedlings were studied.Tolerances of seedlings were comprehensively evaluated.Results showed that effects of different varieties,treatment time and treatments and their interactions on activities of SOD,POD,CAT and PPO and contents of MDA and SP were extremely significant.Different antioxidant enzymes were able to respond to water logging environment at early stage of stress.Contents of MDA in most varieties were higher,and activities of some antioxidant enzymes and contents of SP of some varieties were at higher levels when water logging stress was carried out in middle and late stages.C.illinoinensis seedlings reduced damages caused by water logging stress by increase contents of SP and activities of antioxidant enzymes.Membership function analysis showed that both Jinhua and Caddo varieties were more tolerant to water logging in semi water logging and full water logging treatments,while Shaoxing,Pawnee and Baker varieties were less tolerant to water logging.
