以探讨解决PET聚酯生产中预缩聚真空系统发生的局部堵塞为目的,对聚酯国产化初期,刮板冷凝器结构设计中存在的缺陷、造成故障的原因进行了分析,实践中通过针对性的技术改造和工艺控制措施预防排除真空堵塞故障,保障了装置生产长期稳定运行。

With the aim of exploring the solution to local blockage in the pre condensation vacuum system in PET polyester production,this paper analyzes the defects in the structural design of the scraper condenser during the initial stage of polyester localization and the causes of the faults.In practice,targeted technical improvements and process control measures are taken to prevent and eliminate vacum blockage faults,ensuring the long-term stable operation of the equipment production.
