摘要
从纺丝、卷绕对圆孔PET/HSF(普通/高收缩)双组分弹性纤维(以下简称高收缩双弹纤维,规格66dtex/12f)进行工艺探究,通过A/B组分比例、卷绕速度、一辊速度、二辊温度等因素实验并对其相关指标(强伸度、沸水收缩率、卷曲性能)进行分析,从而找出最佳工艺条件。
The process of round-hole PET/HSF(normal/high shrinkage)two-component elastic fiber(hereinafter referred to as high-shrinkage double-elastic fiber,specification is 66dtex/12f)is explored from spinning and winding,and the best process conditions are found by experimenting with A/B component ratio,winding speed,firstroll speed,second-roll temperature and other factors,and analyzing its related indexes(strength elongation,boiling water shrinkage,curling performance).
