摘要
航空用碳纤维复合材料因其出色的强度、轻量和耐腐蚀性能而在航空领域得到广泛应用。本文通过介绍碳纤维的制备过程,包括碳化和纤维拉伸以及复合材料的制备方法,如预浸法和自动化制备技术。针对其性能,着重分析了其在强度和刚度、轻量化特性以及耐腐蚀性能方面的表现。这些关键性能使其成为航空器零部件和航天器部件的理想选择。
Carbon fiber composite materials for aviation are widely used in the aviation industry due to their excellent strength,lightweight,and corrosion resistance.This article introduces the preparation process of carbon fibers,including carbonization and fiber stretching,as well as the preparation methods of composite materials,such as pre impregnation method and automated preparation technology.Focusing on its performance,the performance was analyzed in terms of strength and stiffness,lightweight characteristics,and corrosion resistance.These key performance factors make it an ideal choice for aircraft and spacecraft components.
