数字督察是公安部全面推进公安工作的现代化警务督察新模式,也是助力公安工作高质量发展的重要手段。针对数字督察建模应用平台仍未完善、警种系统平台数据共享机制不健全、数据管理不规范等问题,以集中统一领导、搭建应用平台、健全工作机制、完善模型架构等方式加强数字督察建设,同时围绕上级工作部署,以常态化工作督导为基础,以突出问题治理为导向,重点将问题预警、线索监督、问题回溯作为着力点,进一步强化数字督察实战应用。

Digital supervision is a new mode of modern police supervision for the Ministry of Public Security to comprehensively promote public security work,and it is also an important means to help the high-quality development of public security work.In view of the problems such as the digital supervision modeling application platform is still not perfect,the police system platform data sharing mechanism is not perfect,and the data management is not standardized,the digital supervision construction is strengthened by centralized and unified leadership,the application platform is built,the working mechanism is improved,and the model structure is enhanced.While centering on the work deployment of superiors based on the normal work supervision,highlighting problem governance as the orientation,taking problem early warning,clue supervision,and problem backtracking as the guidance,so as to strengthen the practical application of digital inspectors.
