实战化教学导向下的通识课程建设研究

摘要 鲜明的行业性、应用性决定了公安教育的立足点是服务公安实战需求、增强学生公安实战能力。公安院校的通识课程建设应在全面认识通识教育内涵和特点的基础上,充分发挥培养复合型警务人才的优势。基于通识课程与警察职业需求之间的结合点,构建培树警察职业精神、培养公安实战所需复合型人才教学目标框架,从三个维度探索有效路径:一是通专结合,为现代警务人才培养强基赋能;二是协同课程思政,体现通识课程文化育警的成效;三是创新教学模式,提升通识课程质量。通识课程只有与专业课程形成育人合力,才能提升公安实战化教学的成效,培养“一专多能”的复合型警务人才。 The distinctive industry and application decide that the foothold of public security education is to serve the needs of public security actual combat and enhance the students’ability of public security actual combat.The construction of general education courses in police colleges should give full play to the advantages of training compound police talents on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the connotation and characteristics of general education.Based on the combination between the general courses and the needs of the police work,this paper constructs the teaching goal framework of aiming to cultivate the professional spirit of the police and the compound talents needed for the public security practice.The effective path is explored from three dimensions:The first is to emphasize the integration of general and professional education to lay a strong foundation and empower modern policing personnel;the second is coordinating with ideological and political curriculum education to reflect the cultural nurturing effect of general education courses;the third is innovating teaching modes to improve the quality of general education courses.Only by combining with professional courses can the general courses enhance the effectiveness of public security practical teaching and cultivate compound police talents with“one specialty and multiple abilities”.
