公安院校公共选修课程设置与质量监控研究

Research on Public Elective Course Design and Quality Control in Police Colleges

综合考虑学校发展目标、人才培养目标、师资力量、学生偏好这四项影响公安院校公共选修课程设置的主要因素,提出打造特色模块化课程体系、创建课程指导中心、整合校内外流动型师资力量、完善课程制度保障的优化课程设置路径,并进一步提出在教学准备、教学实施和效果反馈三个阶段实施课程质量监控的举措。

This paper comprehensively considers four major factors that affect the public elective course setting in police colleges,including school development goal,talent training goal,teachers’strength and students’preference,and proposes the optimal course setting path of building a characteristic modular curriculum system,establishing a curriculum guidance center,integrating mobile teachers inside and outside the school,and improving the curriculum system guarantee.It also puts forward some measures to implement curriculum quality control in three stages:teaching preparation,teaching implementation and effect feedback.
