摘要
针对百色水库灌区进水口布置及放水塔建设技术难题,结合岸塔式放水塔超高支模的特点和难点,对百色水库放水塔复杂结构超高支模搭设技术进行重点研究。在塔腔内搭建满堂式脚手架支撑作业平台,并结合塔墩外侧悬挂式脚手架施工工艺,综合Midas gen有限元软件进行建模,计算模型的应力和位移,并进行屈曲分析。结果表明:模型最大应力值、位移值和稳定性均满足规范要求,从而验证了支模体系的安全性,可为类似项目建设提供技术参考。
In response to the technical challenges of layout design for the intake and construction of the drainage tower in the irrigation area of the Baise Reservoir,combined with the characteristics and difficulties of ultra-high formwork of bank tower type drainage tower,this project focuses on the ultra-high formwork erection technology for the complex structure of the Baise Reservoir drainage tower.A full-scaffolding support operation platform is constructed inside the tower chamber,and combined with the construction technology of the hanging scaffolding on the outer side of the tower pier.A comprehensive modeling approach is employed using Midas Gen finite element software to calculate the stress and displacement of the model and conduct buckling analysis.The results show that the maximum stress value,displacement value,and stability of the model all meet the requirements of the specifications,thereby validating the safety of the formwork system and providing technical reference for similar project constructions.
