摘要
培养具有国际视野、拥有创新能力的复合型人才,是全球化背景下高校创新人才培养的重要导向。对此,在“双一流”视域下,以华南师范大学国际商务硕士培养为例,引入构思(C)、设计(D)、实施(I)、运行(O)的CDIO理念,重点从课程体系、师资结构、教学模式、评价体系四方面构建创新人才培养模式框架并提出优化建议,以期为创新人才培养提供参考和借鉴。
Cultivating versatile talents with an international perspective and innovative capabilities is a crucial orientation for innovative talent development in universities under the background of globalization.In this regard,from the perspective of“Double First-Class”universities,taking the Master of International Business Program at South China Normal University as an example,the CDIO concept of conception(C),design(D),implementation(I),and operation(O)is introduced.The focus is on constructing an innovative talent training mode framework from four aspects:curriculum system,faculty structure,teaching methods and evaluation system.Finally,optimization suggestions are proposed to provide references and insights for innovative talents training.
