The Role and Implementation of Health Education in Physical Education Teaching

在体育教学中实施健康教育,既能实现体育教学的创新变革,又能促进学生身心全面健康发展,更好地完成育人任务,为建设健康中国贡献力量。但目前高校在落实健康教育并发挥其功能方面还面临一系列阻碍,严重影响了该教育的实施。为此,高校应从转变教学理念、提升教师综合素质入手,引领体育教学内容的优化和教学方法的创新,促进体育教学培育学生的健康意识,进而着眼于健全体育教学评价体系,以更全面真实地反映健康教育的实施效果,深化体育教学健康功能。

Implementing health education in physical education not only realizes the innovation and reform of physical education teaching but also promotes the comprehensive physical and mental health development of students,better fulfilling the task of education,and contributing to the construction of a Healthy China.However,colleges and universities currently face a series of obstacles in implementing health education and maximizing its function,severely affecting its implementation.Therefore,colleges and universities should start with transforming teaching philosophies and enhancing the comprehensive quality of teachers,leading the optimization of physical education teaching content and innovation of teaching methods,promoting the cultivation of students’health awareness through physical education teaching.and then focusing on improving the evaluation system of physical education teaching.This can reflect the implementation effects of health education more comprehensively and authentically,thus deepening the health function of physical education teaching.
