The Difference between Culture and Civilization

文化和文明在产生时间、内容、教化者传播的方式方法,受众接受时的主观状态以及结果等方面存在区别。从产生的时间看,文化的产生远远早于文明。从内容看,文化是人类做的所有事情,文明是文化中人类能够证明其是真理或者符合自然规律和人类社会发展规律的部分。从教化者传播的方式方法看,文化以说理、宣传、艺术作品感染等温和的方式方法为主,偶有暴力、欺诈、诱骗等方式方法;文明只有以说理、宣传、艺术作品感染等温和的方式方法,没有暴力、欺诈、诱骗等方式方法。从受众接受时的主观状态看,很多甚至绝大多数受众接受文化时并未理解,只是采取从众的行为;受众接受文明时则从一开始就是在理解的基础上自觉自愿地接受。从结果看,文化促成了人类社会的各种事物,推动了社会的向前发展,指明了人类社会发展的路径;文明则创造人类社会的各种成果,推动了人类社会的进步,指明了人类社会发展的正确路径。

There are differences between cultures and civilizations in terms of production time,content,methods and methods of dissemination by educators,subjective state of audience acceptance,and results.In terms of the time of its creation,culture was produced much earlier than civilization.From the point of view of content,culture is all that human beings do,and civilization is the part of culture that human beings can prove to be the truth or conform to the laws of nature and the development of human society.From the point of view of the ways and means of disseminating by the indoctrinators,culture is dominated by mild methods such as reasoning,propaganda,and infection by works of art,and occasionally there are methods and methods such as violence,fraud,and deception;civilization only uses gentle methods such as reasoning,propaganda,and infection of works of art,and there are no methods and methods such as violence,fraud,and deception.From the perspective of the subjective state of the audience when it is accepted,many,or even the vast majority of the audience,do not understand the culture when they accept it,but conform to the herd’s behavior,and when the audience accepts civilization,it is consciously and voluntarily accepted on the basis of understanding from the beginning.Judging from the results,culture produces all kinds of things in human society,promotes the forward development of society,and forms the path of human social development;civilization produces all kinds of achievements in human society,promotes the progress of human society,and forms the correct path for the development of human society.
