糜草黄贮替代全株玉米青贮饲喂西门塔尔杂交牛效果的研究

摘要 为探究糜草黄贮替代全株玉米青贮饲喂西门塔尔杂交牛对其生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化指标和经济效益的影响,选用西门塔尔杂交公牛36头,随机分为4组,每组9头。对照组试验牛饲喂全混合日粮,试验组以10%、30%和50%糜草黄贮替代全株玉米青贮。试验期为75 d。结果表明:(1)各组试验牛初始体重、终末体重、平均日增重和料重比差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)试验组西杂牛血清尿素氮含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);10%和50%糜草黄贮替代组谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶活性比对照组显著高10.93%和11.68%(P<0.05);50%糜草黄贮替代组血清丙二醛含量比对照组显著低11.18%(P<0.05)。(3)在60 d育肥期内,糜草黄贮替代组中30%替代组的总利润最高,分别比10%和50%替代组高72元和138元。综上所述,日粮中用糜草黄贮替代全株玉米青贮不影响西门塔尔杂交牛生长性能和血清生化指标,替代50%可提高西门塔尔杂交牛机体抗氧化能力,替代30%的育肥效益最高。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of replacing whole-plant corn silage with millet yellow silage on growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,antioxidant indicators and economic benefits of Simmental crossbred cattle.Thirty-six Simmental crossbred bulls were randomly divided into 4 groups with 9 bulls per group,the control group was fed with total mixed diet,and and the experimental groups were fed with 10%,30%and 50%millet yellow silage instead of whole corn silage.The experiment lasted for 75 days.The results showed as follows:(1)There were no significant differences in initial body weight,final body weight,average daily gain and feed/gain among all groups(P>0.05).(2)The serum urea nitrogen content of western hybrid cattle in experimental groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);The activity of glutathione peroxidase in the 10%and 50%millet yellow silage substitution groups was significantly increased by 10.93%and 11.68%compared with the control group(P<0.05);The content of serum malondialdehyde in the 50%replacement group was 11.18%lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)During the 60 day fattening period,the total profit of the 30%substitution group was the highest,72 yuan and 138 yuan higher than the 10%and 50%substitution groups,respectively.In conclusion,replacing whole corn silage with millet yellow silage in diet had no effect on growth performance and serum biochemical indices of Simmental crossbred cattle,replacing 50%could improve antioxidant capacity of Simmental crossbred cattle,and replacing 30%had the highest fending benefit.
