环下润滑高速滚动轴承径向收油装置的优化设计

Optimal Design of Radial Oil Collecting Device for High-Speed Rolling Bearings with Under-Race Lubrication

摘要 以航空发动机主轴承润滑所采用的叶轮式径向收油装置为研究对象,结合FLUENT软件仿真分析润滑油损失机理,并对收油装置的结构进行优化设计:叶轮外径降低10%,叶轮内表面由弧面改为平面,叶片倾角降低50%。对优化结构的叶轮式径向收油装置进行试验验证,计算其在不同转速下的收油效率,结果表明:叶轮式径向收油装置的收油效率在不同转速下均得到显著提升,特别是在15000 r/min高速工况下的收油效率由30.91%提高到57.91%,显著增强了主轴承的润滑和冷却效果。 Taking impeller type radial oil collecting device for lubrication of main bearings for aero-engines as research object,the loss mechanism of lubricating oil is simulated and analyzed with FLUENT software,and the structure of the device is optimized:the outer diameter of the impeller is reduced by 10%,the inner surface of the impeller is changed from arc surface to plane,and the tilt angle of blade is reduced by 50%.The device with optimized structure is tested and verified,and its oil collecting efficiency is calculated under different rotational speeds.The results show that the oil collecting efficiency of the device is significantly improved under different rotational speeds,especially the oil collecting efficiency is increased from 30.91%to 57.91%under high speed of 15000 r/min,which significantly enhances the lubrication and cooling effect of main shaft bearings.
