分布式光伏电站接入配电网继电保护整定优化

摘要 为了缓解配电网的供电压力,越来越多的分布式光伏电站接入其中,导致配电网结构发生了改变,因此需要重新整定继电保护的定值,否则,当配电网发生故障时,继电器很难有效发挥其保护作用。提出一种分布式光伏电站接入配电网的继电保护整定优化方法。以继电器协同动作时间总和最小值为优化目标,设置4个约束条件,利用微分进化算法求取目标函数的最优解,得出继电器启动电流和时间整定系数的最优整定值。实验结果表明:在接入分布式光伏电站的两相短路故障时,所提整定优化方法的继电器保护总体动作时间更短,验证了该算法的保护整定效果更好,更有利于继电器迅速排除配电网故障,保护配电网安全。 In order to relieve the power supply pressure of the distribution network,more and more distributed photovoltaic power stations are connected to it,resulting in changes in the structure of the distribution network.Therefore,it is necessary to reset the setting value of relay protection,otherwise it would be difficult for the relay to play its protective role effectively when the distribution network fails.Therefore,a relay protection setting optimization method for distributed photovoltaic power station connected to the distribution network is studied.Taking the minimum sum of relay cooperative action time as the optimization objective,four constraints are set,and the optimal solution of the objective function is obtained by using the differential evolution algorithm to obtain the optimal setting value of the relay starting current and time setting coefficient.The experimental results show that when a two-phase short�circuit fault occurs to the distributed photovoltaic power station,the overall operation time of the relay protection by the proposed setting optimization method is shorter,indicating that the protection setting effect of this algorithm is better,and is more conducive to the relay to quickly eliminate the fault of the distribution network and protect the safety of the distribution network.
