枯草芽孢杆菌和哈茨木霉对黄瓜幼苗根系构型及生长的影响

摘要 探究枯草芽孢杆菌和哈茨木霉对黄瓜幼苗根系构型及生长的影响,以“新津四号”为试验材料,采用盆栽试验,共设置LB培养基(灌根, LB),枯草芽孢杆菌(灌根, B), PD培养基(灌根, PD),哈茨木霉(灌根, H),混合培养基(V (LB培养基)∶V (PD培养基)=1∶1灌根, LBPD),混合菌剂(V (枯草芽孢杆菌)∶V (哈茨木霉)=1∶1灌根, HB) 6个处理.通过生长发育、根系形态、拓扑结构以及分型参数对黄瓜根系生长发育的影响进行研究.结果表明,与对照组相比,经菌液处理的黄瓜幼苗总根长、根表面积、根体积、交叉数、株高、茎粗、生物量均有明显的提高,其中HB处理对黄瓜幼苗的影响最大.菌液处理后的根系具有明显的分支特征,为叉状分支结构,其拓扑指数为0.5;分形特征好,分形维数小,分形丰度高,说明其分支结构比较简单,有很好的拓展空间,有利于占据养分空间.采用主成分分析法对不同处理的黄瓜幼苗各指标进行综合评价,得分排名为HB>H>B>PD>LBPD>LB.单独施用枯草芽孢杆菌或哈茨木霉菌液对黄瓜幼苗的生长均有明显的促进作用,但施用混合菌液的作用要好于单一菌液. To explore the effects of Bacillus subtilis and Trichoderma harzianum on the root architecture and growth of cucumber seedlings,"Xinjin No.4"was used as the test material and pot experiment carried out,with a total of 6 treatments being set up:LB medium(rooting,LB),B.subtilis(rooting,B),PD medium(rooting,PD),T.harzianum(rooting,H),mixed medium(V(LB medium)∶V(PD medium)=1∶1 rooting,LBPD),and mixed bacterial(V(B.subtilis)∶V(T.harzianum)=1∶1 rooting,HB).The effects of growth,root morphology,topological structure and typing parameters on the root growth and development of cucumber were studied,with the results that,compared with the control group,the total root length,root surface area,root volume,cross number,plant height,stem diameter and biomass of cucumber seedlings treated with bacterial solution were significantly increased HB>H>B>PD>LBPD>LB.In conclusion,a single application of B.subtilis or T.harzianum liquid could significantly promote the growth of cucumber seedlings,but the effect of mixed bacterial solution would be better than that of a single bacterial solution.
