配筋UHPC预制管混凝土组合柱轴压试验

An experimental study on concrete filled reinforced UHPC tube composite columns under axial compression

摘要 为研究超高性能混凝土(UHPC)相对于钢筋混凝土(RC)柱的基本受力性能,以UHPC预制管配箍率和长/细比为试验参数,对6根配筋UHPC预制管混凝土组合柱进行轴压试验.结果表明,与RC柱和UHPC预制空心柱相比,配筋UHPC预制管混凝土组合柱能明显改善RC柱的压溃现象和UHPC的脆性特征.为更好地发挥共同受力作用,应让紧箍效应提早出现.采用ABAQUS软件建立组合柱的有限元计算模型,分析表明UHPC强度、径/厚比、 UHPC配箍率、长/细比是影响配筋UHPC预制管混凝土组合柱轴压试验结果的重要参数. In order to study the basic mechanical properties of ultra-high-performance concrete(UHPC)on reinforced concrete columns,axial compression tests were carried out on 6 reinforced UHPC precast concrete composite columns with the stirrup ratio and slenderness ratio as test parameters.The test results showed that,compared with ordinary reinforced concrete(RC)columns and UHPC precast hollow columns,the reinforced UHPC precast concrete composite columns could significantly improve the crushing phenomenon of RC columns and the brittleness characteristics of UHPC.In order to better play the role of joint force,the hoop effect should appear early.A finite element calculation model of the composite column was established via the ABAQUS program.According to the finite element parameter analysis,UHPC strength,diameter-thickness ratio,UHPC stirrup ratio and slenderness ratio were important parameters affecting the axial compression test of reinforced UHPC precast concrete composite columns.
