仪长企业原油采购及运输优化分析

Optimization Analysis of Crude Oil Procurement and Transportationfor Yichang Refinery Enterprises

随着近年来对原油采购、运输和加工日益个性化的需求,现行的采购和运输一体化运作模式已无法满足长江沿线各企业的需要。原油采购品种的局限性、管道调和配输存在的问题、顺序输送的瓶颈、原油加工设防值的限制、精密配输设施的缺失等成为仪长企业追求成本最小、效益最大目标的阻碍。文章介绍了仪长企业原油采购和运输模式的现状,分析了存在的困难以及对企业未来发展的阻碍,并提出了相应的优化措施。

With the increasingly personalized demand for crude oil procurement,transportation and processing in recent years,the current integrated mode of procurement and transportation has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises along the Yangtze River.The limitation of crude oil purchase varieties,the problem of pipeline coordination and distribution,the bottleneck of sequential transportation,the limitation of crude oil processing for defense value,and the lack of precision distribution and transportation facilities have become the obstacles for Yichang refinery enterprises to pursue the goal of minimum cost and maximum benefit.This paper introduces the current situation of the crude oil purchasing and transportation mode of the Yichang refinery enterprises,analyzes the existing difficulties and obstacles to the future development of the enterprise,and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures.
