摘要
针对传统汽车车身研发数据结构中信息单一、逻辑混乱和索引效率低等问题,基于NX系统对传统车身数据结构及索引逻辑进行了优化,并就优化后的数据结构模型对车身数据信息源做了进一步的功能拓展。首先,提出了一种车身数据结构优化模型,将零件内嵌信息划分为基础信息和应用拓展信息,实现了车身装焊和工艺等信息的数据可视化;其次,优化了两种车身数据索引方式,可分别实现不同项目同类零件的横向对比和不同项目相同区域零件的横向比对;最后,建立了多种车身数据的自动化衍生和统计工具,实现了车身数据的批量化生成及处理。
In response to the problems of single information,chaotic logic,and low index ef⁃ficiency in the data structure of traditional BIW development,the BIW data structure and index logic have been optimized based on the NX system,and further functional extensions have been made to the BIW data information source based on the optimized data structure model.Firstly,a BIW data structure optimization model is proposed,dividing embedded part information into basic information and application extension information,realizing the data visualization of BIW assembly and process information.Secondly,two types of BIW data indexing methods are optimized,which can respec⁃tively achieve horizontal comparison of similar parts in different projects,and horizontal comparison of parts in the same area in different projects.Lastly,various automated derivative and statistical tools for BIW data are established,achieving batch generation and processing of BIW data.
