基于传递路径分析的整车加速抖动优化

摘要 为提升整车NVH性能,以MPV车型为研究对象,针对该MPV车型在整车性能集成开发过程中出现的加速抖动问题进行详细分析和研究,同时提出了优化方案并进行了试验验证和主观评估。首先通过主观评价明确了问题产生的工况和抱怨程度,基于客观数据分析了问题产生的原因,分析结果表明,整车抖动是由于发动机二阶激励与前副车架模态发生共振引起的,通过调整副车架衬套刚度可改变副车架模态,从而降低抖动幅值,应用该方案后整车加速抖动振动幅值下降约40%,问题改善明显,主观评估感知较好,无抱怨,达到了优化目标。 In order to improve the NVH performance of the vehicle,taking an MPV model as the research object,detailed analysis and study are conducted on the acceleration vibration problem of the MPV model during the integration development process.At the same time,optimization solu⁃tions are proposed,and experimental verification and subjective evaluation are carried out.Firstly,the working conditions and complaint levels of the problem are clearly identified through subjective evaluation.Based on objective data analysis,the causes for the problem are analyzed.The analysis re⁃sults indicate that the vehicle vibration is caused by the resonance between the second-order excita⁃tion of the engine and the front subframe mode.By adjusting the stiffness of the subframe bushing,the subframe mode can be changed,thereby reducing the vibration amplitude.After applying this so⁃lution,the vibration amplitude of the whole vehicle acceleration vibration decreased by about 40%.The problem is significantly improved,the subjective evaluation perception is good,achieving optimi⁃zation goal without any complaint.
