汽车减振器异响问题是行业难点。文章针对某车型前减振器转向异响问题,详细介绍了问题发生的背景和问题排查过程,结合悬架受力情况,分析了异响发生的机理,并制定了一系列的优化方案,最后进行改善后的效果验证,通过了台架验证和实车路试验证,有效地解决了异响问题。文章理论与试验相结合的方法为减振器异响问题的分析与判定提供了指导思路。
The problem of abnormal noise in automobile dampers is a difficult issue in the in⁃dustry.In response to the abnormal noise in the front dampers of a certain vehicle model,a detailed introduction of the background of the problem occurrence,the investigation process,combined with the suspension force situation,analysis of the mechanism of abnormal noise occurrence,and the for⁃mulation of a series of optimization solutions are provided.Lastly,the improvement effect is verified through bench validation and on-road test validation,effectively solving the abnormal noise problem.The method of combining theory and experiment provides guidance for the analysis and determination of damper abnormal noise issues.
