摘要
北疆文化是内蒙古自治区党委深入贯彻习近平总书记对内蒙古的重要指示精神,结合内蒙古文化建设实际提出的。北疆文化建设的核心内容,可以概括为一条主线(铸牢中华民族共同体意识)、一个着眼点(传承发展中华优秀传统文化与推动中华民族现代文明建设)、“1+4”文化资源体系(红色文化和草原文化、农耕文化、黄河文化、长城文化)与“两个精神”(蒙古马精神和“三北精神”)[1]。在铸牢中华民族共同体意识的视域下观照北疆文化建设,其路径研究是以习近平文化思想为指导,以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为北疆文化建设的主线,以赓续中华文脉和弘扬红色文化为为北疆文化建设的滋养,以“创造性转化和创新性发展”为北疆文化建设的方法,在书写中华民族现代文明中体现内蒙古担当。
The Northern Frontier Culture is proposed by the Party Committee of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to deeply implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping to Inner Mongolia and to combine with the actual cultural construction of Inner Mongolia.The core of the construction of Northern Frontier Culture can be summarized with a main line(consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation),and with a focused point(inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture and promotion of the construction of Chinese modern civilization),“1+4”cultural resources system(red culture and grassland culture,farming culture,Yellow River culture,Great Wall culture)and“two kinds of spirits”(Mongolian Horse Spirit and“San Bei Spirit”).Response to cultural construction of the northern frontier under the perspective of consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation,the study should be guided by Xi Jinping's cultural thought,with consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation as the main line of the cultural construction of the northern frontier,with continuing the Chinese cultural lineage and enriching red culture as the nourishment of cultural construction of the northern frontier,and with“creative transformation and innovative development”as the method of cultural construction of the northern frontier.Shown Inner Mongolia’s important role in constructing the modern civilization of the Chinese nation.
