摘要
围绕某砌体结构住宅楼的纠偏工程案例,对此建筑物倾斜原因进行深入分析,该住宅楼由于地基土层受到多次侵蚀,导致小区道路地面沉陷明显。结合现场实际情况,采用PLC同步液压顶升法对住宅楼进行了纠偏,最终很好地完成了纠偏任务,将住宅楼成功纠正。
Based on the rectification engineering cases of some masonry residential buildings,the paper analyzes the reasons for the building inclination deeply,indicates the evident ground settlement on the paths of the complexes are caused by the multi-ple corrosion of the foundation stratum,and adopts PLC synchronous hydraulic jacking method to rectify the buildings with the fulfillment of the inclination rectification of the buildings.
