摘要
某工程混凝土在浇筑拆模后,表面出现不同程度的鼓包、破损,采用化学成分测试、X射线衍射(XRD),对混凝土破损处的化学含量进行分析,综合分析混凝土破损产生的原因,结果表明,混凝土中夹杂钢渣,钢渣中CaO和MgO含量较高,是造成混凝土破损的主要原因,对钢渣中f-CaO潜在危害、氯离子含量、碱含量进行检测,分析混凝土破损产生的危害,并提出针对性的处理措施。
After the concrete of a project is poured and removed from the mold,the surface appears different degrees of bulge and damage.In this paper,the chemical composition test and X-ray diffraction(XRD)are used to analyze the chemical content in the damaged concrete and comprehensively analyze the causes of concrete damage.The results show that the steel slag is mixed in the concrete,and the CaO and MgO content in the steel slag is relatively high,which is the main cause of concrete damage.The potential harm of f-CaO,chloride ion content and alkali content in steel slag were detected,and put forward specific measures to deal with.
