基于大跨度钢结构厂房的H形截面钢柱拼接施工技术

摘要 以某项目的大跨度钢结构厂房石墨化车间为例,对H形截面钢柱拼接的主要做法和技术措施进行了研究,提出了通过设置可拆卸的钢柱翼缘连接机构对H形截面钢柱拼接进行临时固定,解决了现有技术中钢柱拼接施工不便、经济性差的问题。进一步介绍了H形截面钢柱翼缘连接机构的新技术包括上连接角钢、下连接角钢、连接钢板等,详细说明了新技术的特点、工艺流程、操作要点等,总结了新技术与现有技术相比的有益效果,为大跨度钢结构厂房的H形截面钢柱拼接提供了施工经验,可在类似工程中借鉴和推广。 Taking the graphitization workshop of large-span steel structure plant of aproject as an example,the main methods and technical measures of H-section steel column splicing are studied,and the detachable steel column flange connection mech-anism is put forward to temporarily fix H-section steel column splicing,which solves the problems of inconvenient construction and poor economy of steel column splicing in the available technology.The new technology of H-section steel column flange connection mechanism is further introduced,including upper connection angle steel,lower connection angle steel,connecting steel plate,etc..The characteristics,process flow and operation key points of the new technology are explained in detail,and the beneficial effect of the new technology compared with the available technology is summarized,which provides construction experience for H-section steel column splicing of large-span steel structure plant.It can be used for reference and popularized in similar projects.
