工作井装配式钢板箱快速应急处置技术及应用

摘要 盾构接收作为盾构施工过程中的关键风险环节,对工程安全和进度具有重要影响。以南京地铁11号线卓越路站至行知路站区间的盾构水中接收工程为案例,对装配式钢板箱技术在盾构接收中的应用进行了深入分析。通过实际应用,验证了装配式钢板箱技术在轨道交通盾构隧道快速应急处置中的可行性与有效性,展现出结构简洁、安装高效、可重复使用等显著优势,同时无需进行保压试验,防水性能优异,并具备一定的容错能力,有效降低了盾构接收施工的风险。研究结果表明,装配式钢板箱技术在盾构水中接收及应急抢险领域具有广泛的应用潜力和发展前景。 Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM)reception is a critical risk source in TBM construction,significantly impacting the safety and progress of the project.This study takes the TBM water reception project between Zhuoyue Road Station and Xingzhi Road Station on Nanjing Metro Line 11 as a case study,conducting an in-depth analysis of the application of the modular steel box technology in TBM reception.The practical application has verified the feasibility and effectiveness of modular steel box technology in rapid emergency response for rail transit TBM tunnels.Modular steel box technology demonstrates significant advantages such as simple structure,efficient installation,and reusability.Moreover,this technology eliminates the need for pressure preservation tests,offers excellent waterproof performance,and has a certain tolerance for errors,effectively reducing the risks associated with TBM reception construction.The results indicate that modular steel box technology has broad application potential and prospects in the fields of TBM water reception and emergency rescue.
