肿瘤免疫治疗中发生心肌炎与心力衰竭的研究进展

Research progress on myocarditis and heart failure in cancer immunotherapy

肿瘤免疫治疗可引起心脏毒性,如心肌炎及心力衰竭,可发生于免疫治疗开始后的任一阶段,具有发生率低但死亡率高的特点,成为最为严重且最受关注的不良事件。本文就肿瘤免疫治疗相关心脏毒性的流行病学情况、发病机制、临床特点和治疗等方面的进展做一综述。

Cancer immunotherapy can cause cardiac toxicity,such as myocarditis and heart failure,which can occur at any stage after the start of immunotherapy with a low incidence but a high mortality rate,and has become the most serious and concerning adverse events.This article provides a review of the epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical characteristics and treatment of cardiac toxicity related to tumor immunotherapy.
