摘要
以机械活化共反应剂法制备的乙酸辛酸淀粉酯(OAS)为壁材、维生素E为芯材,通过响应面优化实验确定微胶囊制备最佳工艺条件;利用FT-IR、SEM及粒度分布仪等对制备的微胶囊进行分析。结果表明,响应面优化实验的最佳条件为:进口温度为185℃、固形物质量分数为8.9%、芯壁比为1∶3.75,在此条件下所制备的微胶囊的包埋率为88.61%。FT-IR分析结果表明,维生素E成功实现包埋。SEM分析结果表明,维生素E/乙酸辛酸淀粉酯微胶囊表面光滑呈球形,存在一定的孔洞。粒径分析结果表明,微胶囊粒径较OAS有所增大,这与SEM表征结果相一致。
The optimum process conditions for the preparation of microcapsules are determined by means of response surface optimization experiment,which uses octanoate acetate starch ester(OAS)prepared via mechanical activation co-reactant method as wall material and vitamin E as core material.The prepared microcapsules are analyzed by means of FT-IR,scanning electron microscopy and particle size distribution.The optimal conditions determined by response surface optimization experiment are as follows:the inlet temperature is 185℃,the content of solid substances is 8.9%,and the core-wall ratio is 1∶3.75.The embedding rate of the microcapsules prepared under these conditions is actually 88.61%.FT-IR analysis shows that vitamin E has successfully been embedded.SEM analysis shows that vitamin E/OAS microcapsules have smooth and spherical surface,where some holes exist.It is shown through particle size analysis that the microcapsules have larger size than OAS,which accords with the results by SEM analysis.
