UiO-66-NH_(2)/聚醚酰亚胺中空纤维膜的制备及其用于CO_(2)分离的研究

摘要 以高比表面积、纳米尺寸的UiO-66-NH_(2)作分散相,以聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)作连续相,通过干-湿相转化纺丝法分别制备了PEI和UiO-66-NH_(2)/PEI中空纤维气体分离膜。通过FT-IR、XRD、SEM等研究了UiO-66-NH_(2)对中空纤维膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明,UiO-66-NH_(2)的引入使中空纤维膜过渡层结构从树枝状结构变为泡孔状结构;在UiO-66-NH_(2)/PEI中空纤维膜的CO_(2)/N_(2)选择性与PEI中空纤维膜相比基本保持不变的情况下,UiO-66-NH_(2)/PEI中空纤维膜的CO_(2)渗透通量从8.09 GPU提升到32.09 GPU。 PEI membrane and UiO-66-NH_(2)/PEI hollow fiber gas separation membrane are respectively prepared via a dry-wet conversion spinning method with polyetherimide(PEI)as continuous phase and high specific surface area,nano-size UiO-66-NH_(2)as the dispersed phase.The effects of UiO-66-NH_(2)on the structure and properties of hollow fiber membranes are studied by means of FT-IR,XRD and SEM.It is shown that the transition layer structure of the hollow fiber membrane changes from dendritic structure to bubble-like structure due to the addition of UiO-66-NH_(2).The CO_(2)permeance of UiO-66-NH_(2)/PEI hollow fiber membrane increases from 8.09 GPU to 32.09 GPU while the CO_(2)/N_(2)selectivity of UiO-66-NH_(2)/PEI hollow fiber membrane remains basically the same as that of PEI hollow fiber membrane.
