摘要
某公司在1.4 Mt/a航煤加氢装置上进行了加工石脑油的尝试。通过将航煤加氢装置的工艺原理、原料性质和运行参数等方面与石脑油加氢装置进行对比,并结合模拟计算,确定航煤加氢装置加工石脑油完全可行。在航煤加氢装置没有进行大幅改造的情况下,将原料调整为石脑油,经过操作参数摸索调整产出了合格的精制石脑油,硫、氮含量完全满足连续重整装置的原料要求。航煤加氢装置加工石脑油可以丰富石脑油加工线路,充分发挥装置的灵活性,提高全厂经济效益。
A company has carried out an attempt to process naphtha on a 1.4 Mt/a jet fuel hydrogenation unit.Through comparing the process principle, raw material properties and operating parameters of the jet fuel hydrogenation unit with those of naphtha hydrogenation unit, and combining with the simulation calculation, it is determined that the jet fuel hydrogenation unit can completely process naphtha.Under the condition that the jet fuel hydrogenation unit has not been greatly renovated, the raw material is adjusted to naphtha.After the adjustment of operating parameters, qualified refined naphtha is produced, and the contents of sulfur and nitrogen in refined naphtha fully meet the raw material requirements of the continuous reforming unit.The processing of naphtha in jet fuel hydrogenation unit can enrich the processing route of naphtha, give full play to the flexibility of the unit, and improve the economic benefits of the whole plant.
