高职院校学前教育产业学院建设可行性分析及实现路径

摘要 党的二十大报告提出“强化学前教育、特殊教育普惠发展”。产业学院作为当前产教深度融合的一种新型运行实体具有独特的价值意蕴,有利于构建常态化合作机制、拓展产教融合深度、解决人才流失等问题。研究从文理层面、政策层面及实践层面深度剖析高职院校打造学前教育产业学院的可行性,并提出“四聚焦、四打造”建设行动路径,以推动学前教育专业人才培养教育链与产业链的深度耦合。 The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the idea of“strengthening public-benefit preschool education and special needs education”.As a new type of operation entity of the current deep integration of industry and education,industrial college has unique value implications,which is condu⁃cive to constructing a normalized cooperation mechanism,expanding the depth of integration of industry and education,and solving the problems such as brain drain.This paper analyzes the feasibility of building preschool education industry colleges in higher vocational colleges from the liberal arts level,policy level and practice level,and puts forward the construction action path of“four focuses and four constructions”,so as to promote the deep coupling of preschool educa⁃tion professional talent training education chain and industrial chain.
