摘要
数字技术是提升供应链韧性的重要手段和工具,能够帮助制造企业实现供应链的可视化、智能化、协同化和灵活化,从而提高供应链的效率、效果和抗风险能力。由于不同的数字技术具有不同的特点与效果,其作用于制造企业供应链韧性的机理与路径也不尽相同,若盲目运用,则容易陷入数字化悖论的困境。因此,如何合理且针对性地组合运用数字技术对供应链韧性进行提升成为了研究的焦点与方向。文中采用质性分析与量性分析相结合的方法,通过已有文献提炼出数字技术影响制造企业供应链韧性的前因变量,进而基于扎根理论和模糊集定性比较分析方法对所获得的影响因素进行条件组态分析。研究发现:①数字基础设施与平台的建设、企业内外信息共享与收集、产业与业务链的数字化进展、制造企业各部门层级数字化能力、供应链电子化整合能力是数字技术影响制造企业供应链韧性的主要前因变量;②单一变量对提升制造企业供应链韧性解释力弱,不同条件耦合形成的适应型策略、更新型策略、突破型策略三种组态均可提升供应链韧性。文中所得研究结论有助于加深数字技术影响制造企业供应链韧性过程中本质的理性认知,同时对不同制造企业结合自身资源与特性选择合理高效的数字技术组合路径具有重要的理论与实践意义。
Digital technology is an important means and tool to improve the resilience of supply chain,which can help manufacturing enterprises achieve the visualization,intelligence,collaboration and flexibility of the supply chain,thereby improving the efficiency,effect and anti-risk ability of the supply chain.Since different digital technologies have different characteristics and effects,and their mechanisms and paths for the resilience of the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises are not the same,it is easy to fall into the dilemma of digital paradox if they are used indiscriminately.Therefore,how to reasonably combine and use digital technology to improve supply chain resilience has become the focus and direction of research.In this paper,the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is used to extract the antecedent variables affecting the supply chain resilience of manufacturing enterprises by digital technology through the existing literature,and then analyze the conditional configuration of the influencing factors obtained based on the foundation of grounded theory and fuzzy qualitative and comparative analysis methods.It is found that:(1)the construction of digital infrastructure and platforms,information sharing and collection inside and outside enterprises,the digital progress of industries and business chains,the digital capabilities of various departments of manufacturing enterprises,and the electronic integration of supply chains are the main antecedent variables of digital technology affecting the supply chain resilience of manufacturing enterprises;(2)A single variable has a weak explanatory power for improving the resilience of the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises,and the three configurations of adaptive strategy,renewal strategy and breakthrough strategy formed by the coupling of different conditions can improve the resilience of the supply chain.The research conclusion of this paper is helpful to deepen the rational understanding of the nature of digital technology affecting the resilience of manufacturing enterprises supply chain,and has important theoretical and practical significance for different manufacturing enterprises to choose a reasonable and efficient digital technology combination path based on their own resources and characteristics.
