非遗传承教育融入职业院校人才培养的有效路径研究

摘要 非遗传承教育是当前学校美育工作不可或缺的内容,职业院校作为非遗传承教育的主阵地,肩负着地方优秀非遗活态传承的重要使命。将非遗传承教育融入职业院校人才培养,既有助于弘扬工匠精神和非遗文化,凸显出职业院校承载地方非遗技艺传承培训的功能,又充分展示职业教育文化自觉,赋能新时代职业教育高质量发展。在现代职业教育体系建设背景下,职业教育功能定位由“谋业”转向“人本”,职业教育改革重心由“教育”转向“产教”,探索非遗传承教育融入职业院校人才培养的有效路径,应着眼于构建政府、职业院校、行业和企业共同育人格局,以培养高素质技术技能人才、打造高素养劳动者队伍为己任,合力推进非遗传承教育与职业院校人才培养同频共振。 Intangible cultural heritage inheritance education is an indispensable part of the current school aesthetic education project.As the main battlefield of intangible cultural heritage inheritance education,vocational schools shoulder the important mission of local excellent intangible cultural heritage live inheritance.Integrating intangible cultural heritage inheritance education into talent cultivation in vocational schools not only helps to promote the spirit of craftsmanship and intangible cultural heritage,highlight the function of vocational schools in carrying out local intangible cultural heritage skill inheritance training,but also fully demonstrates the cultural consciousness of vocational education,empowering the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.In the context of the construction of modern vocational education system,the functional positioning of vocational education has shifted from“seeking employment”to“people-oriented”,and the focus of vocational education reform has shifted from“education”to“industry and education”,exploring an effective path for integrating intangible cultural heritage inheritance education into talent cultivation in vocational schools should focus on building a joint education pattern among governments,vocational colleges,industries and enterprises,with the goal of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents and building a workforce of high quality workers as our own responsibility.We should work together to promote the resonance between intangible cultural heritage inheritance education and talent cultivation of vocational schools.
