伏诺拉生不良反应研究进展

伏诺拉生是新型的抑酸药物,药理作用与质子泵抑制剂不同,抑酸作用较质子泵抑制剂可能更为强大、持久。随着伏诺拉生临床应用时间和病例数的增加,不良反应报道也逐渐增多,同时随着临床药理研究的深入,伏诺拉生潜在的不良反应也逐渐呈现。本文通过检索文献,了解伏诺拉生抑酸作用导致的潜在不良反应,以及伏诺拉生与其他药物联合应用时可能出现的潜在不良反应。

Vonoprazan is a new type of acid suppressant,whose pharmacological action is different from that of proton pump inhibitors,and its acid suppressant effect may be more powerful and lasting than that of proton pump inhibitors.With the increase of the clinical application time and the number of cases,the reports on its adverse reactions have gradually increased.In addition,with the deepening of clinical pharmacological research,the potential adverse reactions in clinical application of vonoprazan has also gradually been exposed.In this paper,by searching the literature,the potential adverse reactions caused by the acid-inhibiting effect of vonoprazan and the potential adverse reactions caused by the combination of vonoprazan with other drugs in clinical practice were understood.
