阴阳攻积丸是中国著名医家李中梓治疗肠道“积聚”的代表药物,在《医宗必读》积聚篇中,李中梓强调用阴阳攻积丸治疗“积聚”类疾病的总体法则为“屡攻屡补,以平为期”。此种攻补交替的治法与西医化疗的应用方法如出一辙,却较化疗的使用接近提前了400年,可见中医药治疗结直肠癌独特的优势及先进的理念,彰显了中医药理论及文化的智慧。以阴阳攻积丸为基础的各种抗癌制剂大量应用于晚期结直肠癌的临床治疗,在长期的临床实践过程中证实阴阳攻积丸疗效显著且安全性可靠。然而阴阳攻积丸治疗晚期结直肠癌的中医理论认识及临床证据并没有进行系统性的论述及分析,导致阴阳攻积丸在全国的推广和普及过程中缺少理论和临床疗效总结。就此作者在中国中医科学院西苑医院肿瘤诊疗中心杨宇飞主任指导下,从中医学阴阳、脏腑、正邪及临床证据总结等方面详细论述阴阳攻积丸治疗晚期结直肠癌的依据,为阴阳攻积丸的推广应用提供理论来源和临床依据。

Yinyang Gongji Pills are the representative medicine used by the famous Chinese physician Li Zhongzi to treat intestinal“accumulation”.In the accumulation chapter of“Yi Zong Must Read”,Li Zhongzi emphasized that the overall rule of using Yinyang Gongji Pills to treat“accumulation”diseases is“Repeated Repeated attacks will make up for it,and peace will last for a while.”This treatment method of alternating attack and supplementation is exactly the same as the application method of chemotherapy in Western medicine,but it is nearly 400 years earlier than the use of chemotherapy.It can be seen that the unique advantages and advanced concepts of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer highlight the theory and culture of traditional Chinese medicine.wisdom.Various anti-cancer preparations based on Yinyang Gongji Pills are widely used in the clinical treatment of advanced colorec-tal cancer.During long-term clinical practice,Yinyang Gongji Pills have been proven to be highly effective and safe.However,the TCM theoretical understanding and clinical evidence of Yinyang Gongji Pills in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer have not been systematically discussed and analyzed,resulting in a lack of theoretical and clinical efficacy summary in the promotion and popularization of Yinyang Gongji Pills across the country.In this regard,under the guidance of Director Yang Yufei of the Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Xiyuan Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,the author discussed in detail the basis for Yinyang Gongji Pills in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer from the aspects of Yin and Yang,viscera,good and evil,and summary of clinical evidence in traditional Chinese medicine,and provided the basis for Yinyang Gongji Pills.Promote and apply it to provide theoretical sources and clinical basis.
