综合保温护理对新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎围手术期低体温和术后并发症的影响

Effect of comprehensive heat preservation nursing on perioperative hypothermia and postoperative complications of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis

目的探讨综合护理措施对新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎围手术期低温及术后并发症的防治作用。方法前瞻性选择2020年6月至2023年6月河北省儿童医院收治的60例坏死性小肠结肠炎新生儿为研究对象。在对症治疗的基础上将其随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对组采用常规护理,观察组综合性护理,比较2组患儿体温的变化、治疗效果、并发症的发生率、家庭护理满意度、住院天数。结果2组术前患儿体温差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术中及术毕2组患儿体温差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患儿体温要高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿切口感染、寒战、心率增快、低氧血症等并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属护理满意度评分高于对照组,患儿住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗效果优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎患儿进行综合护理,可进一步改善其预后效果,增强患者安全性。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on perioperative hypothermia and postoperative complications of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis.Methods From June 2020 to June 2023,60 neonates with necrotizing enterocolitis admitted to our hospital were prospectively selected as the research objects.On the basis of symptomatic and supportive treatment,patients were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention),with 30 cases in each group.The body temperature changes,treatment effect,incidence of complications,family nursing satisfaction scores,and length of stay were compared between groups.Results There was no significant difference in preoperative body temperature between groups(P>0.05),which,during and at the end of the surgery,was significantly higher in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications like incision infection,chills,increased heart rate,and hypoxemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the family members of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the length of stay was significantly shorter(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,although no significant difference was detectable(P>0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention further improves the prognosis and safety in newborns with necrotizing enterocolitis.
