交流转辙机在线监测技术研究与应用

Research and Application on Online Monitoring Technology for AC Switch Machine

摘要 针对既有信号集中监测系统存在三相交流转辙机的模拟量和开关量监测不完善,监测信息间缺少交叉关联,不能支撑监测数据深度挖掘分析,以及升级改造时存在设备投资大、运营成本高等问题,提出一种融合传感器、计算机在线监测、信号处理等技术的改进方案,实现三相交流转辙机在状态表示时,提前对室外动作电路完整性、道岔动作转换过程中关键继电器状态、转辙机自动开闭器动接点动作时序及位置状态等的在线监测。通过信号集中监测系统的升级改造,验证了该方案的应用效果。该方案不仅设备投资少、运营维护成本低,而且适用于各版本监测系统升级,可为同类型工程改造提供参考,同时也可推广应用于地铁、轻轨、铁路等轨道交通领域。 Considering that the analog and switching monitoring of three-phase AC switch machine is not perfect in the existing centralized signal monitoring system,the monitoring information cannot support the in-depth monitoring data mining and analysis due to the lack of cross-correlation,and the existing centralized monitoring system involves the problems of large equipment investment and high operating costs for upgrading and reconstruction.This paper proposes an improvement scheme based on the fusion of sensors,computer online monitoring,signal processing and other technologies.With this scheme,when the three-phase AC switch machine indicates the state,the integrity of the outdoor action circuit,and the states of key relays,and the action sequence and position state of the contact heel of the switch circuit controller of the switch machine in the process of turnout action conversion are monitored online in advance.Through the upgrading of the centralized signal monitoring system,it is verified that the scheme has good application effect,low equipment investment,low operation and maintenance cost,and is suitable for upgrade of all versions of monitoring systems,and it can provide reference for the same type of engineering transformation,and can be popularized and applied to the metro,light rail,railway and other rail transit fields.
