摘要
随着工业活动的不断增多,自然环境中的重金属污染问题日益严重。汞离子(Hg^(2+))作为最具毒性的重金属离子之一,会在动物和人体内积聚,导致大脑、肾脏和中枢神经系统的各种疾病。鉴于此,开发高效、灵敏的Hg^(2+)检测方法迫在眉睫。该文简要介绍了Hg^(2+)的危害及光电化学(PEC)分析方法的优势,重点综述了近年来PEC传感器用于Hg^(2+)检测的研究进展,并对未来PEC传感器的发展进行了展望。
With the continuous increase of industrial activities,heavy metal pollution is becoming an increasingly serious problem in the natural environment.Mercury ions(Hg^(2+))as one of the most toxic heavy metal ions can accumulate in animals and humans,which lead to various diseases of brain,kidney and central nervous system.Hence,it is urgent to develop efficient and sensitive detection methods for Hg^(2+)analysis.This paper introduces the hazards of Hg^(2+)and the advantages of photoelectrochemical(PEC)analysis methods,reviews the application of PEC sensors in Hg^(2+)detection,and prospects the development of PEC analysis technology.
