摘要
岗课赛证融合是推进职业教育“三教”改革的重要途径,也是转变育人理念、改革培养模式的创新举措。当前,职业学校活页式教材开发存在对活页式教材认识不清晰、活页式教材内容与岗位不匹配、教材开发行企参与度不高、以生为本理念贯彻不深入等问题。基于此,通过分析岗课赛证融合的活页式教材特征和开发流程,提出了活页式教材开发的对策:组建课程团队,多方协同开发;设计活页结构,优化教材框架;挖掘思政元素,落实课程思政;精选教材内容,突显学生主体。
The posts,courses,competitions and certificates is an important way to promote the reform of vocational education's"teacher,teaching and textbook",as well as an innovative measure to transform educational concepts and reform training models.At present,there are problems in the development of loose-leaf-style textbook in vocational schools,such as unclear understanding of loose-leaf-style textbook,mismatch between the content of loose-leaf-style textbook and positions,low participation of enterprises in textbook development,and insufficient depth of student-centered concepts.Based on this,by analyzing the characteristics and development process of the loose-leaf-style textbook posts,courses,competition and certification,a development strategy for loose-leaf-style textbook is proposed:forming a course team and collaborate with multiple parties to develop,designing the loose-leaf-style structure and optimize the teaching framework,exploring ideological and political elements and implement curriculum ideological and political education,selecting teaching material content and highlighting student centeredness.
