摘要
针对生产中B元素超标的问题,对铁水、废钢、合金料及冶炼过程影响因素进行分析,通过现场实验及检测数据分析,确定钢中残余B元素含量超标的主要原因是合金中B含量偏高,通过分析合金中B含量与合金分类管理等手段实现了对炼钢过程B元素的精准控制。
In order to solve the problem of excessive boron in production,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of molten iron,scrap steel,alloy materials and smelting process,and determines that the main influencing factor of excessive residual B content in steel is the high B content in the alloy,and realizes the goal of accurate control of boron in the steelmaking process by analyzing the B content in the alloy and the classification management of the alloy.
