摘要
介绍了某轧钢生产线加热炉原设计使用较低热值的混合煤气单一燃烧介质,经技术改造后可以分别使用较高热值的天然气或者焦炉煤气两种燃烧介质。该项技术改造适应了燃烧介质发生重大改变后加热炉的正常运行使用,保证了钢坯加热质量,也可以为其他加热炉燃烧介质发生改变进行技术改造时提供有益的借鉴。
This article introduces the technical transformation of a heating furnace for a steel rolling production line.The original design of the furnace used a single combustion medium of mixed gas with low calorific value.After the technical transformation,it can use two combustion media of natural gas or coke oven gas with high calorific value.This technical transformation adapts to the normal operation of the heating furnace after the significant change of the combustion medium,ensures the heating quality of the steel billet,and can provide useful reference for other heating furnaces undergoing technical transformation when the combustion medium changes.
