摘要
围绕柔性压力传感器阵列在弯曲且温度变化的物体表面进行压力测量时会表现出复杂的压力特性,提出了基于深度相机与红外相机的传感器联合补偿装置,介绍了联合补偿装置获取各传感单元补偿参考量与计算真实压力值的方法。采用COMSOL软件对柔性压力传感器阵列进行仿真建模,搭建了各传感单元弯曲应变量各不相同的仿真场景,生成了弯曲应变与温变联合补偿模型的样本集。构建了基于BP神经网络的柔性压力传感器阵列弯曲应变与温变联合补偿模型,经计算验证,压力补偿值与真实值之间的相对误差百分比控制在0.4%以内,补偿效果明显,满足了各传感单元弯曲应变情况不同需要实现精准补偿的需求,对于柔性压力传感器阵列的实际应用具有借鉴作用。
Focusing on the complex pressure characteristics of flexible pressure sensor arrays when pressure measurements are performed on curved and temperature-varying surfaces,a joint compensation device for sensors based on depth and infrared cameras is proposed,and a method for obtaining the compensation reference amount for each sensing unit and calculating the true pressure value for the joint compensation device is introduced.The software COMSOL is used to simulate and model the flexible pressure sensor array,build a simulation scenario with different bending strains of each sensing unit,and generate a sample set for the joint compensation model of bending strain and temperature change.A BP neural network-based combined bending strain and temperature compensation model for flexible pressure sensor arrays is constructed.After calculation and verification,the relative error percentage between the pressure compensation value and the real value is controlled within 0.4%,and the compensation effect is obvious,which meets the demand for precise compensation for different bending strain conditions of each sensing unit and is useful for the practical application of flexible pressure sensor arrays.
