我国高中教师评价素养现状调查研究

Research on the Status Quo of High School Teachers'Assessment Literacy in China

摘要 评价素养是教师专业能力的重要组成部分。本研究构建了涵盖评价理念、评价知识和评价技能三个一级指标的教师评价素养框架,依据框架制定了《高中教师评价素养调查问卷》,开展全国性调查并收集有效问卷7213份。调查数据分析结果显示:当前我国高中教师评价素养整体表现较好,评价理念显著优于评价技能,评价知识相对薄弱,三者之间存在显著正相关;教师对自身的评价素养有较强的发展需求;影响高中教师评价素养水平的主要因素有评价素养价值认同、性别、地区、学校层次等。研究还提出了相关建议以期推动高中教师评价素养稳步提升。 Assessment literacy is an important component of teachers'professional competence.This study has developed a comprehensive framework for assessing teachers'assessment literacy,encompassing three primary indicators:assessment philosophy,knowledge,and skills.Leveraging this framework,a nationwide survey titled“Assessment Literacy of High School Teachers”was designed and administered,gathering 7,213 valid responses.The findings reveal that high school teachers in China exhibit commendable overall performance in terms of their assessment literacy,with notable strengths in assessment philosophy but relatively weaker proficiency in assessment knowledge and assessment skills.Moreover,there exists a significant positive correlation among these three dimensions.Results show that teachers possess a strong desire to enhance their assessment literacy.Noteworthy factors influencing the level of high school teachers'assessment literacy include perceived value,gender,region,and school level.In light of these results,this study puts forth pertinent recommendations to forster the steady enhancement of high school teachers'assessment literacy.
