摘要
目的 自主研制味觉刺激器,在此基础上组建味觉事件诱发电位仪,并使用该装置进行味觉事件诱发电位测试,以验证该系统的的可行性、特异性和可靠性。方法 自主研制电动味觉刺激器,该刺激器主要包括味剂输送系统,可编程控制器、人机界面和味剂释放的口器。该刺激器能精准释放味觉刺激。用Neuro-Audio脑电平台作为脑电记录和分析系统。招募20名健康受试者进行味觉事件诱发电位测试。测试包括使用无味的蒸馏水和不同浓度的盐水(0.3%和0.6%)作为咸味刺激测试,另外在局部麻醉状态下进行咸味刺激。刺激17次进行叠加,记录电极为Cz和Fz。结果 使用蒸馏水作为刺激剂时记录不到脑电波形,应用盐水(0.3%和0.6%)作为咸味刺激剂时均能记录到相应的脑电波形。典型的波形包括P1、N1、P2和N2波。而且在舌部表面麻醉后上述波形消失。另外随着咸味刺激浓度增加Cz和Fz记录到的P1、P2潜伏期明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义。结论 本团队自主研发的味觉刺激器结合脑电记录系统能成功记录到特异性味觉事件诱发电位。
Objective To develop a taste stimulator,build a gustatory evoked potential instrument based on it,and use the device to conduct clinical gustatory evoked potential tests to verify the feasibility,specificity and reliability of the system.Method An electric taste stimulator was developed,which included a taste agent delivery system,a programmable controller,a man-machine interface and a mouthpart for taste agent delivery.This stimulator can accurately release taste stimuli.Neuro-Audio EEG platform was used as EEG recording and analysis system.20 healthy subjects were recruited for the taste evoked potential test.Testing consisted of the use of odorless distilled water and different concentrations of brine(0.3% and 0.6%) as odorant testing.Stimulus 17 Superposition was performed,and the electrodes Cz and Fz were recorded.Results No EEG waveforms were recorded when distilled water was used as the stimulator,while the corresponding EEG waveforms were recorded when saline(0.3% and 0.6%) was used as the salty stimulator.Typical waveforms include P1,N1,P2 andN2,waves.These waveforms disappeared after topical anesthesia with tetracaine.In addition,with the increase of salty stimulus concentration,the latency of P1 and P2 recorded in Cz and Fz was significantly shortened,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The self-developed taste stimulator combined with EEG recording system can successfully record specific taste evoked potentials.
