摘要
人体血液中尿酸(UA)含量异常会引发一系列疾病,因而尿酸浓度的检测方法有广泛的应用前景。通过水热法合成金属有机框架(MOF)材料MIL-101(Cr),并通过X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)对材料进行表征;利用滴涂法将MIL-101(Cr)涂附在玻碳电极(GCE)表面制得修饰电极MIL-101(Cr)/GCE,通过循环伏安(CV)法,差分脉冲伏安(DPV)法来验证基于MIL-101(Cr)的生物电化学传感器用以定量检测尿酸的可行性。实验结果表明:该材料在尿酸的氧化还原反应中起催化作用,此尿酸生物电化学传感器能够有效地检测尿酸。
Abnormal concentration of uric acid in human blood can cause a series of diseases,thus detecting methods for concentration of uric acid has extensive application prospects.MIL-101(Cr),a metal-organic framework(MOF)material,is synthesized by hydrothermal method and the material is characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).MIL-101(Cr)is coated on the surface of glassy carbon electrode(GCE)by drop coating method to produce modified electrode MIL-101(Cr)/GCE.Cyclic voltammetry(CV)and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)methods are used to verify the feasibility of the bio-electrochemical sensor based on MIL-101(Cr)for quantitative detection of uric acid.Experimental result shows that this material plays a catalytic role in the redox reaction of uric acid,and this uric acid bio-electrochemical sensor can effectively detect uric acid.
